DEIM · Entitat administradora de La Llum de Manresa de 2020

L’encàrrec d’administrar la Festa de la Llum 2020 a DEIM va suposar un repte, que comporta responsabilitat i implicació. Nosaltres, com a dones, ens sentim còmodes amb els reptes.

Des de DEIM ens vam comprometre a assumir aquest desafiament d’administrar la Festa. Vam pensar que ho faríem des de la visió d’una dona, cuidant els petits detalls. La nostra intenció va ser en tot moment aportar a la Festa les virtuts que les dones aportem a la societat, on la dona demana tenir un lloc i ser-ne protagonista, perquè sigui una Festa viscuda tant per dones com per homes.

Si busquem al diccionari LLUM i AIGUA, els dos símbols de la nostra festa, podrem comprovar que són paraules de gènere femení. I per primera vegada a la història d’aquesta Festa, es va encarregar l’administració a una associació exclusivament de dones.

A continuació podeu veure un recull de les activitats més representatives que vam organitzar com a entitat administradora. Esperem que gaudíssiu de la Festa amb alegria i il·lusió.

Com a administradores quan pensàvem amb el nostre acte, “Llum, Nom de Dona”, acte central de la Festa, teníem clar que volíem convidar a dones d’èxit de diferents àmbits professionals, perquè ens expliquessin les seves experiències tant professionals com personals.

Volem agrair a les convidades Laura Ràfols, Pilarín Bayés, Ada Parellada, Loures Fisa, Mercè Boada i a la presentadora Anna Vilajosana, la seva presència a l’acte. Sabíem que individualment eren sis dones excepcionals, però juntes van superar totes les nostres expectatives. Treballadores incansables, apassionades, simpàtiques i feministes, la connexió entre elles es notava des de l’inici.

Per tancar l’acte, l’Anna Vilajosana, va proposar a les convidades que intentessin resumir amb una paraula què era el més important per a elles: autoconfiança, passió, il·lusió, esforç, reptes i treball, sis adjectius i maneres de ser que defineixen a la perfecció la personalitat de cada una de les nostres convidades.

Una vegada més, moltes gràcies a totes les empreses, entitats i persones que ens vau acompanyar dilluns, no hagués sigut possible sense vosaltres.

El Manifest de DEIM

Solemne Eucaristia

Va fer valdre el paper de la dona a la societat i va reivindicar les seves llibertats i drets.
